Were you aware one of the most common Compliance issues in MLXchange is “invalid driving directions”?
When entering driving directions into your MLXchange listings, avoid inputting terms like: MapQuest, Google maps, Google it, Yahoo maps, use a GPS, or just placing the actual property address.
Driving directions must be narrative and include full street names, beginning and ending points and use standard directional designations such as north, south, east and west per our MLS Rules and Regulations Article 4 section 13.

Additionally, users will have the ability to convert Square Foot measurements to the Metric System, if they so choose. Currency conversion rates are updated daily as a convenient value-added benefit. Since the Proxio Basic subscription is free, essentially a simple activation and a few step to complete the profile are needed. Please keep in mind that all members are strongly encouraged to initiate their Basic membership and fill in their profile?especially selecting the language(s) spoken and a profile photo. Agents who do not add languages or specialities will NOT be found when consumers search on those fields. Member Resources and the Proxio ServerWhen users click on a foreign language flag on the main site hosting MyFloridaHomesMLS.com they will be redirected to Proxio's website to conduct property searches. Since the translation function and the property search results are conducted on the Proxio website, searches and favorites saved on the MyFloridaHomesMLS.com server will not automatically carry over to Proxio. Proxio is a foreign language portal which translates listing information to nineteen different languages on the MyFloridaHomesMLS.com consumer website.
