1) How do I login to TransactionDesk?

There are two ways to login to TransactionDesk. First, you may use the Smartlink in MLXchange. The second way is to type the link directly to your web browser: www.transactiondesk.com/login

2) Is my TransactionDesk password the same as my MLXchange password?

The passwords are not necessarily the same, nor are they synchronized. The passwords would be the same if you chose the same password.

3) I forgot my TransactionDesk password. How do I retrieve it?

Click on the “Forgot Password” link at www.transactiondesk.com/login

4) Whom do I call for support?

You may reach our Help Desk at (407) 960-5300 or Toll Free at (800) 686-7451. You may also call the TransactionDesk staff directly at (800) 668-8768.

5) Can I access my archived transactions that I have saved prior to January 1, 2011?

Yes

6) Can I import my forms into TransactionDesk from Form Simplicity?

Yes. If you have downloaded and installed the DocBox Print Driver, simply print the forms you wish to save to the DocBox Print Driver and choose to upload to your DocBox.  Remember as an additional member benefit you have unlimited storage in your DocBox.  Click here for the DocBox Print Driver User Guide!
